Acceptance of Terms

By accessing i10research.com or subscribing to i10 Research services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and users of the i10 Research website and the i10iQ subscriber platform.

Description of Service

i10 Research provides volume-at-price market analysis and research reports delivered through the i10iQ platform. Our services include daily premarket analysis, weekly research reports, monthly sector analysis, and video market updates, depending on your subscription level.

All analysis is based on auction market theory and volume-at-price data. Our research is informational in nature and does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any securities.

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize i10 Research to charge your payment method at the applicable rate until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for refund within the first 30 days at our discretion.

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice to active subscribers. Existing annual subscriptions will honor the rate in effect at the time of purchase through the end of their term.

Intellectual Property

All content published by i10 Research, including reports, analysis, charts, commentary, and website materials, is the exclusive property of i10 Research and is protected by copyright law.

Subscribers are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use our research for their own professional purposes. Redistribution, republication, or sharing of our research with non-subscribers is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

i10 Research provides market analysis for informational purposes only. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of our research. We are not responsible for any investment decisions you make based on our analysis.

In no event shall i10 Research, its officers, directors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
